If It Ain’t Broke, Fix It Anyway: The Evolution of Virtual Payara Day

This Friday is Virtual Payara Day – a quarterly event that looks quite different from our first-ever Virtual Payara Day (VPD) in 2018, despite the consistent success of VPD since then. Once we kick off a recurring event like this that receives glowing results, isn’t it easy to publish our template and rest on our laurels? Seizing the Moment: Engagement during Disruption

The unplanned worldwide disruption of this year has proven more than ever the importance of a strong workplace culture. Businesses that were forced to shift suddenly from office-based work to a diaspora of homeworkers have had to rethink fundamental behaviours like collaboration, performance management, and tasking to name a few. Christmas Festivities at the Malvern Office

You might have noticed that Payarans will make lots of excuses for a good time, and the energy of Christmas and New Year is as good of a reason as any to let down our proverbial hair for a bit of fun. On 6 December, Payarans in our UK office celebrated the upcoming holidays with its annual Christmas party, when all Payarans in our UK office shut down their workstations at lunchtime to spend the rest of the day having some fun and a nice meal out on the town.
