What a Great Team we Have

Julia Millidge, HR Manager at Payara Services Ltd said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award. Steve and I have been running a business in Malvern for many years and thanks to our amazing and talented staff we have seen it grow into a global micro-multinational tech company.

Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, and we work really hard to maintain a family ethos through our company culture where we respect the need for a great work-life balance and encourage great performance through our core values. It’s a fantastic achievement for everyone at Payara that we have been recognised for what we do and the way we do it.”

MD of the Midlands Family Business Awards, Charlotte Perkins, added: “With two in every three UK businesses being family owned, they truly are the backbone of the British economy. The Midlands Family Business Awards are the Midlands’ only independent initiative to recognise the work, success, innovations and achievements of family businesses. Having launched the awards back in 2010, our aim has always been to shine a light on the region’s talented and successful family businesses and to play our part in creating a community of likeminded and supportive individuals.”
