Every single day, millions & millions of people in North America travel, bank and do commerce using the applications that Ram Lakshmanan has architected. He has developed one of the world’s largest banking applications used by 1 in 3 USA households. He has designed a B2B travel application that processes 70% of North America’s Leisure travel bookings. Ram advises startups, Fortune 500 enterprises, and Governmental organizations on their critical technology initiatives.
Mike Milinkovich
Mike has been the Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation since 2004. He also has a few other hats as a director of the Open Source Initiative, and a member of the Java Community Process Executive Committee. Ke is a passionate believer in open source as the best way to innovate and collaborate. He also considers himself the Eclipse community’s chief cheerleader.
Julia Apostle
At Orrick, Julia counsels on compliance issues in relation to European and French tech and data regulations, including the GDPR, the Digital Services Act, the regulation of AI, the Data Act and other new and emerging legislation impacting online platforms, technology developers, and eCommerce businesses. She advises companies of all sizes on a wide range of compliance matters, ranging the drafting of internal policies, to assisting with regulatory investigations, and product counseling.

Otavio Santana
Otavio is a Java Champion and Software Engineer and Jakarta EE Committer. He is a NoSQL expert and representative of SouJava, the Brazilian Java Users Society, on the JCP and Jakarta EE boards. He has helped guide the direction of the Java platform since Java 8.
Lenny Primak
Calling himself ‘A guy in Nebraska maintaining Open Source software, Lenny is a valuable contributor to many projects including Jakarta EE, Apache & Payara. lenny is specializing in solving difficult problems with real-time, high performance and distributed systems. He is highly experienced in Agile methodology, test-driven development, refactoring and complex debugging tasks.
Carmen Laura Delgado Pérez
Carmen Delgado joined Eclipse Foundation as Adoptium Community Manager in October 2022 and is responsible for helping the Eclipse Adoptium working group members achieve their goals and objectives and being the bridge between their procedures and Eclipse Foundation processes and Staff. Carmen has a background in project, operations, and financial management in SMEs, non-profits, and start-ups from different industries: healthcare, Pharma, Fintech, and Tech. She also volunteers as a group manager and mentor at Step4ward, a mentoring program in Spain for women starting in the tech world.
Scott Fryer
Having spent almost 10 years working in the utility sector, and a further 16 years in the financial services sector, Scott joined RedHat almost 2 years ago and have been working at the Adoptium project since. Having performed every role across IT, before settling in to a DevOps / SecDevOps roles, Scott have been part of a large number of exercises in assessing and meeting regulatory requirements and framework, this has allowed him to combine skillsets, to help assess and implement tools and processes to meet the newly imposed IT security frameworks, that are becoming ever more prevalent.
