Payara on tour! image #1

03 Jun 2015

Last year saw the launch of Payara and what a fantastic year it was for the fish!

We attended multiple international conferences to spread the word as far as we possibly could and we intend to do the same this year.

We will firstly be attending Devoxx Poland where we are Silver sponsors, have an exhibition stand and one of our Expert Support Consultants, Mike Croft, will be delivering a Performance Tuning hands-on-lab. Devoxx Poland will be held on Monday 22nd – Thursday 25th June and it’s set to be a great conference. Check out the agenda here.

We are really looking forward to going back to the place where we first began introducing people to Payara, the biggest Java conference in the world; JavaOne! Payara will once again be exhibiting at JavaOne and the team will be on hand to answer any questions you have, talk to you in more depth about Payara and its latest features and of course, be handing out that popular, bad ass fish swag! Payara Founder & Director Steve Millidge will be speaking at the conference too. This year’s JavaOne will take place in San Francisco again from 25th – 29th October, and is one you really don’t want to miss. Find out more here!

Less than a week later, we will be heading out to Munich where we will be first timers in taking part in W-JAX. Payara is one of the sponsors of the Java EE day and will be exhibiting at W-JAX. One of our expert Support Engineers Dave Winters will be speaking at the event as well. The conference will take place from 2nd – 6th November - find out more information about it here.

And finally! For our last conference of the year we will be re-visiting the very friendly, developer orientated conference, Devoxx Antwerp. Payara will be a bronze partner of Devoxx this year and will again be exhibiting so if you’re there, make sure you drop by for a chat and that all important swag! Don't miss our conference presentations by the Payara Engineers Mike Croft and Navin Surtani. Devoxx Antwerp will take place on Monday 9th – 13th November and you can find out more about it here.

We like to meet as many people as possible so keep your eyes on the Payara Twitter account for some ticket giveaways to a handful of conferences this year!

We love to talk tech, meet new people and speak to users of Payara so if you’re attending any of these conferences, make sure you come and say hi, it’s only the fish that bites!
